Reporters Mark Morales and Larry Mcshane of the New York Daily News somehow managed to get inside what they call the “squalid, ramshackle” home of alleged Boston Marathon bombings suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in a Cambridge, MA apartment building.
The Tsarnaevs’ Apartment 3 sits behind a makeshift plywood door, up a rickety bannister and stairs, in a nondescript building tucked on a quiet residential block in Cambridge.
I did a people search of Tamerlan Tsarnaev and found this address: 410 Norfolk St, Cambridge, MA 02139. Here’s a Google Map image of the apartment building:
Below are photos the NYDN reporters took of the exterior and interior of the Tsarnaev apartment, showing the stereotypical messiness of a bachelors’ pad, and a half-eaten meal still on the kitchen table.
Note that there are no signs of bomb-making.
As the reporters observe: “There were no lingering signs of anything exceptional in the home — just an old stereo, a gas can, a can of motor oil and boxing handwraps hanging from a wire..”
