In a search for great music to share, sometimes other blogs just have us beat and that is part of the way it works. Nothing wrong with that, since I'm all about the discovery of great music and could careless if I'm first or where I found it. So on this one I have to shout out Pigeons & Planes because British band Phoria and their latest Bloodworks EP is stellar. I probably would never really have discovered these guys without glancing over their blog this morning so kudos! Anyway, Phoria and their new EP are fill with solid vocal work, warming lyrics, and tunes that will stick with you after just one listen. It's the kind of music you get instant pride from sharing and telling your friends about because it's just so good. The EP is out April 29th via Akira Records.
