Behold the PhantomX Robotic Spider. Creepy but awesome hexapod that walks and dance like a pro. This hexapod actually moves even faster than any other robot I’ve ever seen and it can even walk in any direction it want.
As awesome as it may seem, this hexapod is really not that expensive. According to the YouTube description these things runs on the Phoenix code and are now selling for just $1200. You can check it out at the Trossen Robotics website.
Imagine having this robot to deliver drinks to you while watching TV or how about turning this into a walking chair? That would be awesome, right?. Checkout the video after the break to see this robot spider dance along as a baby sings a weird song or something like that.
