Step 3 - Apply the Scotch™ Essentials Adjustable Hem Tape to the very edge of your hem
Step 4 - Remove the backing from the other side of the Scotch™ Essentials Adjustable Hem Tape
Step 5 - Fold over your hem to your desired length, then press it into place
