While shopping at Willow Bend Mall in Plano,Texas, I happened to venture into Papyrus
( love their paper goods!)
and was stopped in my tracks at the entrance by this rack of cards.
( Sorry the pic’s blurry. I was so excited to see them!)
They are personalized cards featuring my Belluccia font!It still thrills me to see people using it. And to see it at Papyrus was an added bonus.
I love the color combinations and the modern patterned backs.
And get this. The sales clerk at the store told me he can print a set out in about 20- 30 minutes.
What! That’s crazy convenient for last minute shoppers:)
So if you are looking for a last minute gift ( and live in the Dallas area) this would be a lovely option.
I’m not sure if they are available at other locations.
I’m guessing you could call them on the phone to check.
So if that wasn’t exciting enough…
after I left the mall, I ventured into another of my favorite stores, Target.
(Here’s where I go into my Christmas rhyme to share a fun announcement.)
And what to my wondering eyes did appear???
The words “Merry Christmas” on a bag that was near.
Belluccia again, has shown up at the scene.
So what, I did wonder, could all of this mean?
With designers near and far, she’s hit a sweet note.
She’s even been used a time or two on a tote!
So it brings me great “JOY”
(below seen in gold)
to announce that in January
She will now come in Bold!
That’s right. Correspondence Ink Type Foundry ( me and my partner Brian Bonislawsky)
will be releasing Belluccia Bold in January.
We’ll have a special introductory offer
AND to those of you who purchased any version of the regular Belluccia,
we will have an even sweeter deal.
Look for details in my January post.
So as I close out 2013…
I give great thanks to you, to one and to all
for making my fonts the belles of the ball.
Have a Haberdashery Holiday:)
