Perrier Cocktail Recipes for the Holidays
While browsing Pinterest, I came across the greatest set of recipes; jam and gin mixed with Perrier. These quick and easy Perrier cocktail recipes are fantastic for a multitude of reasons: the ingredients required are items you are most likely to already have on hand, they're perfect for hosting surprise guests, and... the holidays while certainly festive and jolly, can and will drive even the most positive of personalities to drink. So, in honor of the holidays, I will be hosting a weekly drink recipe to bring you a little extra joy for the season.
1. Gin Jam (pictured above)
1 oz. Half Moon Orchard Gin
½ can Perrier, about 5oz
1 tbs Tutthilltown Distillery, Elderberry Jam
2 Sage Leaves
Instructions: Muddle sage leaves with gin and jam, stir well. Add Perrier and lightly stir, enjoy.

2. Whiskey Jam
1 oz Hudson Baby Bourbon Whiskey
1 can Perrier Lime, about 5oz
1 tbs The Jam Stand, Stroseberry Jam
1 sprig of thyme
Instructions: Add gin and jam, stir well. Add Perrier and lightly stir, garnish with thyme sprig and enjoy.

 3. No Jam, But Still Gin
1 oz. Half Moon Orchard Gin
½ can Perrier, about 5oz
1 tbs Blue Hill, Hudson Valley Honey
2 Mint leaves
½ cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions: Muddle mint leaves with gin and honey; stir vigorously until the honey combines with mixture. Add Perrier and lightly stir. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form when you lift the mixer or whisk (do not add sugar), add desired amount on top and enjoy.
