Perfect Minimalist Fall Look

Finally I am ready for fall! Well, since fall is here, better to accept it than crib, right? I had been begrudgingly consuming "autumn/fall content" around the interweb never understanding why are people always so eager to let go of summer, beaches, mangos, and just the lack of layers in daily dressing. Oh, well now that fall is here, I might as well get on board and prepare for it. If you live in the north-east you know the rains have been non stop for the past few weeks. I am so glad to see the sun this morning. But every rainy season, I dread stepping out as I do not own a pair of rain boots. Those big, bulky ones always make me feel like I am going to work at a farm. I never purchased them in all these years. I was so excited to receive this pair (I am wearing in this post) from Alice & Whittles as they are not only light, but also ankle length and super minimalist in design. I chose the olive green as it just felt right for the fall. If you too are in the market for one, do check them out. I do not rave about very many products but I am quite happy about these boots.  The outfit is pretty simple, comfortable and fall ready. My third piece in this outfit is the fedora hat (and not the vest) as it elevating the look from being basic to stylish. Thoughts?
