Pepper Mutton Soup
A simple, Healthy, Tasty Soup ready in just 15 minutes. Good for cold. Toddler approved. Ingredients: Mutton- 200 g Water- 1 cup (200ml) Fennel Seeds- 1 tbsp Cumin- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste- 1 tbsp White Pepper- 1 tbsp Gingelly Oil- 1 tbsp Salt as per tasteMethod:
Heat oil in a pressure pan.
Add cumin and fennel seeds. When they crackle add garlic paste.
Fry for a minute, let the smell be raw.
Add mutton pieces and a cup of water.
Pressure cook for 10 whistles.
Once the pressure is down, remove the lid and add salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
