We are a family of true tourists. In the sense that if you are to run into us, walking down the street, and I do mean run into as we're usually looking up at buildings we pass- you'll hear me yapping at my kids about how to guess the age of the building based on the windows, or even creepier, pointing out things and animals sitting in windows. Yep, we are those tourists (sans backpacks and river running sandals however), with our faces tilted up, ripe for a good pick pocketing.
But here's the thing, if you're being 'cool' and not looking up, looking down, looking around. You're missing SO. MUCH. For instance, did you know that the city of Baltimore has beautiful sewer grates on the sidewalk? The same can be said of NY windows. Graphic artist, Jose Guizar has been inspired by the eyes of these buildings and has since created an on going series of graphic, window renditions which you can see on their own special website ++++++'windows of new york"

A product of countless steps of journey through the city streets, this is a collection of windows that somehow have caught my restless eye out from the never-ending buzz of the city.
