Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

When I was growing up, my mother often made Peanut Butter Balls for holiday cookie trays.

Really, I should say that she threw the ingredients together but I was tasked with forming these. When I was younger, I thought it was fun–but then it was just too sticky!

Today, I use my trusty teaspoon-sized cookie dough scoop to form these kid-friendly treats. Store in the refrigerator.

A recipe from my mother.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Cup Indiana Honey
  • 2/3 Cup Powdered Milk
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine everything but the graham cracker crumbs.
  2. Form dough into balls (I recommend using a cookie dough scoop in a teaspoon or slightly larger size).
  3. Drop balls onto plateful of graham cracker crumbs. Roll around to coat.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.
