Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
When I was growing up, my mother often made Peanut Butter Balls for holiday cookie trays.
Really, I should say that she threw the ingredients together but I was tasked with forming these. When I was younger, I thought it was fun–but then it was just too sticky!
Today, I use my trusty teaspoon-sized cookie dough scoop to form these kid-friendly treats. Store in the refrigerator.
