PB & J Smoothie Como Water

This smoothie represents my inner child and the fact that still at 30-something years old, one of my favorite sandwiches is a good ole PB & J. Why not turn it into a smoothie, I thought! Feel free to tweak the proportions below to suit your tastes, but whatever you do, don’t leave out the cinnamon. It’s a small touch, but it really adds nice flavor to this decadent breakfast or snack! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1/2 banana

1/4 -1/3 cup peanut butter

~1 cup almond milk

dash cinnamon

Method:

*Blend. Breathe. Enjoy!
