The last videos in the Como Water video series are two talks by guest experts Dr. Tanisha Burford, a personality psychologist and Dr. Amanda Northcross, who has a background in environmental chemistry and engineering.
In Tanisha’s talk, she discusses the intersection of eating and her Jamaican cultural heritage, as well as how her notion of eating and food changed when she moved to the United States.
