Pav - Bhaji (Street Food)

By Prasanna Hede @savorybites0411

Pav Bhaji is a famous street food in Mumbai and so the famous name it has "Bombay Pav Bhaji" !!

I had tried this pav bhaji at various places including Goa,Bangalore and Belgaum, but the one I loved most was in Mumbai....where I had been on a short visit.
Mostly the tastiest ones are those, you get on the roadside chaat or food stalls near beaches...although we worry about health but everyone loves to try it and enjoy!!

I had tried this Pav Bhaji and fell in love with it the moment I had tasted it...well, I tried to imitate the Food Stall cook from one of the beaches and replicate the same taste at home, only thing different was with much cleaner and sanitized kitchen ;) :P
This recipe I am sharing is not not my own...I have tried to do the same steps that Pav Bhaji Stall guy does...hope you all love this.

Do try and enjoy!!
