This pasta primavera recipe is so simple and easy to make. It only takes about a half an hour to make and only a few inexpensive ingredients are needed so its a budget friendly recipe.
Ingredients
(1) 16 oz box rotini pasta (I use whole wheat to make it healthier)
(1) jar alfredo sauce
(1) bag frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, green beans)
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Method
Preheat oven to 350. Bring pot of water to a rolling boil. Add pasta and cook according to package directions.
Meanwhile add olive oil and frozen vegetables to skillet and saute until tender.
Drain pasta and add to 13 x 9 baking dish.
Stir in vegetables and then alfredo sauce.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake in middle of oven at 350 for about 10 minutes or until cheese
is melted.
