It was only later that I realized that there was an entire world of parathas out there! From vegetable parathas like aloo paratha, beetroot paratha, methi paratha or carrot paratha to different grains like multigrain paratha, besan paratha or missi paratha, there are so many options to choose from. Today we do something different from veggies and grains – today we try a paneer vegetable paratha recipe!
