Painting of a Bowl of Gumbo at Mayor's Gala Opelousas, LA

By Billlives

Below is a 24" x 24" painting of the bowl of gumbo served at the Mayor's Gala in Opelousas, Lousiana duting the 2012 holiday season. It was chicken and sausage gumbo and very delicious. You can see a painting of the pot it was served from in my last post.

I now an artist with the Arts Council of New Orleans and participate in their monthy art market. These markets occur generally on the last Saturday at Palmer Park in New Orleans, at the corner of S. Carrolton and S. Claiborne. Sunday December 22 is the next market that I will have a booth and offer paintings for sale. You could get the pair.

You can also purchase my paintings directly from me through the Web. I have shipped paintings as far as Australia. Contact me at [email protected] to discuss prices and logistics.
