I draw inspiration for my makeup looks everywhere. And I mean EVERYWHERE! Today’s #MOTD was inspired by a giant bowl of melting sherbet. Ummm Yum! All drugstore products were used and really, really easy to do.

Maybelline Painted Purple – Eyes
Maybelline Painted Purple is an eye base. It’s a great dupe for MAC paint pots. This is used to make your purple eyeshadow pop. After applying this baby, any purple shadow you use will have tons of dimension. The vibrancy will blow you away. You can add a little to your lower lash line only. Or you can do a full purple smokey eye like I did. Add your favorite purples on top of this base. I used a medium purple hue from my After Hours Palette by BH Cosmetics.
Black Radiance Caribbean Pink – Lips
This lippie has been my new go-to for shiny, bubble gum pink lips. It is Caribbean Pink by Black Radiance. This hue of pink compliments the purple eyes. But, at the same time, it’s making a striking statement. I adore these 2 together. You can also opt for a pink lipstick instead. Maybelline Power Peony lipstick would be a good fit too.
