A REAL CUT-UP: Bella Q hasn't met a pair of scissors she didn't like.
There is no rhyme or reason to this uber-casual outfit- it was put together without much thought aside from the fact I wanted to feel comfortable. This girl is not a jeans-and-tee-shirt sort, so I expect this is my weak attempt at being one. The T-shirt was a hand-me down from a Lindsay Rickman closet clean-out, and for some reason it made sense to pair it with my satiny vintage bow tie and my new kitchy '70's pin that commands me to "Snuggle in Seattle." I'm not sure why the belt is there, maybe I just wanted to wear my new native woven textile print belt recently purchased from the new downtown Goodwill boutique on L Street.Action Jackson
Looking at these pictures for this post, I can't say I actually LIKE the outfit. It comes off as a bit too slouchy, and silly, even for me. BUT- I did wear it, and the day I wore it, I felt perfectly at ease running errands in my Micheal Jackson cut-off T, cut off jean skirt and new platform wedges. The shoes are the star of the show: I've been wearing them nearly everyday since I bought them from Heart Clothing Boutique in Midtown last week. In fact I wore them out of the store and haven't taken them off since. There are a true deal: only $40 bucks, immediately comfortable and perfect for action.
I can't seem to take my eyes of my cool new shoes!
