Our TE Situation for Start of 2013

based on this seems like spaeth will start. This article says he was the best blocking TE in the league.
which I found quite surprising. Just put on a tape of SB 43 in Tampa and you'll see how many times he wifs in the blocking schemes. Does anyone else find it surprising that he was graded as the best blocking TE in the league
I mean he might have improved in Chicago but the best in the league really?
