I’ve been running now for about 4 months. I usually run about 30-40 mins & I cover 2.5-3.3 miles, walking before & after about 5 mins for warmup/cooldown. My left leg was sore immediately - along the outside of my thigh. I stretch after runs and I use a foam roller on the fronts & sides of both legs pre & post runs. It helps, but a few hours later and the next day my leg hurts again. I’m assuming its my IT band. My right leg is never sore. Any commiseration/advice/thoughts????
