Every month, I feel I need to do something different. Something that I haven’t done before. Succeed in something that I have failed earlier. And this motivation has only led me to the next big things.
What’s that next big thing?
It’s PayUOC.
What is PayUOC?
PayUOC is Pay Using Offers and Coupons. This is a website with a lot of offers and coupon codes. Using these offers and coupons, you can get a discount for your online shopping.
Do you remember something similar?
It was my ORH Coupons and Deals.
Yes. You guessed it right.
I am running ORH Coupons and Deals with Divi theme. Divi theme is not designed for a coupons and deals site. But, it doesn’t mean this theme can’t have coupon buttons. Divi can do it. But, you need to do some more customizations for this.
And Yes, I did create coupon buttons at ORH Coupons and Deals using Divi theme, but then I realized I was missing out something.
This theme needed even more customizations and functionalities. To add more functionalities to this site, I did hire a freelancer and was working on it. Only at the middle of the project, I realized it was a painful task.
Also, I was uploading all deals one by one. With that pace and running it alone, I can’t succeed.
Apart from this, I had some issues in promoting ORH Coupons and Deals. It’s the name. It’s damn too lengthy. People couldn’t remember this as it consists of 4 words.
So, I decided to create a new website.
The launch of PayUOC:
But, this time, I will not repeat the same mistakes again.
This time, before choosing the name, I brainstormed for almost 2 hours and finally came up with this name – PayUOC.
On April 14, 2018 (Tamil New Year), I launched PayUOC with Couponis theme.
Couponis theme is designed especially for coupons and deals websites. It has got numerous features. This theme allows you to add coupons and deals in bulk using CSV. This will reduce my workload and allow me to add deals for a large number of stores.
Couponis theme costs $49 with 6 months support.
Also, with ORH Coupons and Deals, I failed to do email marketing. Because I was not able to predict what my readers like.
But, this time, I have come up with an excellent solution for this.
All you need to do is,
- Visit PayUOC website
- Register using your email address and login to your account
- In the stores page, hit the favorite button on stores, for which you would like to receive coupons and deals by mails.
That’s it.
From now on, whenever new coupons and deals are added for this store, I will send those deals to you through a newsletter.
Looks cool, right?

Recently I came across a marketing person sharing his SEMRush certificate.

Yes, SEMRush is testing people and if you pass the exam with 70%, then you can get a certificate from SEMRush.
And I thought I should also complete this, because it is authentic, that certifies you have knowledge in a particular field.

OnlineRockersHub ranked among top 1500+ quality guest blogs:
Izideo, an Animated Explainer Video software recently published a resource of 1500+ Quality Blogs. Among those 1500+ Quality Blogs, OnlineRockersHub was one. OnlineRockersHub was listed under Marketing Category.

New Home Page Layout & Blog Page Layout:
After quite some time, I did this update. You can now see a new homepage layout and Blog page layout for OnlineRockersHub.
Both these layouts were premade layouts that came along with Divi theme.
Divi theme did have layouts for so many types of websites. But, I felt this will suite OnlineRockersHub better than others.
Waiting for Divi’s Integration of Custom Post Types:
Recently, when I was browsing through Elegant Themes Blog, I noticed this sneak peek showing Divi’s integration for Custom Post types.
This was one such update that I was waiting right from the moment when I purchased this theme. If this update comes, then I can easily use the current blog layouts for my custom post types too. I don’t know why Divi took so long to bring this update.
Goals:
As I already mentioned in my previous income report, I am not setting any goals for the next 2 months.
And, there comes a big update.

Traffic Report:
Let’s see the traffic report of OnlineRockersHub for this April 2018.
Checking this audience overview looks very suspicious. All of a sudden there is a big hike in my traffic. It’s impossible for my blog to reach more than 10,000 pageviews. Let see the traffic source for more.
This makes me even more suspicious. Because, I don’t promote my blog much on Reddit, LinkedIn, Tumblr etc. Looks like a spam traffic. I do use plugins to stop spam traffic. But not sure, how this survived.
Hope, this doesn’t happen in the next month. If it happens again, then I need to have a look into this.

You could notice a dormant fee at CJ. This is because I haven’t made any affiliate sales at CJ for a long time. That made my CJ account dormant and they charged me $10 for this. I prefer ShareASale over CJ, and that’s the reason, for my affiliate account being inactive for a long time at CJ.

I transferred my OnlineRockershub domain from Gossimer to GoDaddy.
As I already mentioned about PayUOC, I purchased domain and Couponis Theme for that. And there was my freelancer amount refunded as I stopped my project in the middle.
I know, the expense for this month is too high. But, I believe all these investments will return me with high profit in the long run.

That’s it from this month. I know, I am posting income reports late every month. The main reason for my delay in posting is that I work based on priority. I give more priority to my other commitments.
After this 2 years of Blogging all I feel is that, I should learn to write content effectively within a short span of time. I cannot sit in front of the laptop for the entire day. Hardly, I get 1 or 2 hours every day. I must make the maximum use of these hours.
