One Mobile launched in Australia late last year and has invested a lot in promoting its brand around Melbourne. One Mobile vehicles can be found around Melbourne beaches during summer, they have also invested in print via the popular MX magazine. You can find a review of the One Mobile plans here. The range is good but there is nothing ground breaking about them.
Their DaBomb offer was launched with something like 3000 minutes of calls and 2000 Txt, 2GB of data with unlimited social media. Sounds like they must be listening to their customers as the plan has now become unlimited. Goes to show just how important that word can be “Unlimited” is.
DaBomb now offers you unlimited local mobile and fixed line calls, unlimited 1300/1800 calls, unlimited Txt and MMS as well 2GB data and unlimited Facebook and Twitter access. I think the range needed an unlimited offer, although 3000 minutes of calls must be close to unlimited to the average person.
The cost of DaBomb is $40 with a 30 day expiry.
This weekend they are running a few promotions giving away a DaBomb starter kit for just $20, that is 50% off. Get in quick as I doubt they will have it running for too long.
