Castel Sant’Angelo – from which Tosca leaps to her death

Found this article very interesting. Gavin Plumley thought of finding out if the settings in the opera are real or just vivid imagination. So he went to Rome and visited The Church of Sant’Andrea della Valle (Act I), the Palazzo Farnese (Act II) and Castel Sant’Angelo (Act III). I was surprised to read that Palazzo Farnese still exists and houses the French Embassy in Rome :). But that's all I say. . It's a very enjoyable Saturday morning reading.
