I quadrupled the amount of chips by cutting each Wonton wrapper into fours. The wrappers as a whole are pretty large, so quartering them gives you a lot of little chips rather than a small amount of larger ones. This allowed me to make a good number of each kind. The fun part is coming up with different toppings to use! Mix your preferred ingredients together in a Ziplock bag and then spoon and sprinkle onto each chip.
The recipe says to put them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, but when I did this they burnt pretty badly. This could be because I altered the size of the chips. It's a good thing I had enough wrappers to make another batch because these were completely inedible. The second time around I only kept them in the oven for about 6-8 minutes. My advice is to simply put them in the oven and keep an eye on them. When you see the edges start to crisp and turn brown, that's when you should take them out. This is a great snack to serve at holiday parties all season long. Serve them alone or with a dip that pairs well with whatever topping you've chosen to use. Enjoy!
