OL Coach Going Elsewhere?

How much do you all think Sean Kugler going to be HC in the college ranks next season
has contributed to our losses? If at all? Do you think it causes the OL to lose focus at all?
I thought that our Rookie DeCastro played pretty well but it seemed he was at fault on a huge play in the 4th Q and let a dallas DL come free without even being blocked. He needed to block outside in instead of inside out on that play. At least from my perspective
