- leftover steak tips (3 tips/ 4oz?) and chicken (1/ 1 oz) kabobs from dinner with grilled onion/tomato/red bell pepper/mushrooms
- a head o’ romaine
- green olives
- 1/3 english cuke
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- grilled corn (shaved off of cob, also leftover from dinner)
- couple pinches of shaved parm cheese
- 2T Ken’s Light Bleu Cheese dressing
