OH SO GOOD!
leftover steak tips (3 tips/ 4oz?) and chicken (1/ 1 oz) kabobs from dinner with grilled onion/tomato/red bell pepper/mushrooms
a head o’ romaine
green olives
1/3 english cuke
2 plum tomatoes
1/2 red bell pepper
grilled corn (shaved off of cob, also leftover from dinner)
couple pinches of shaved parm cheese
2T Ken’s Light Bleu Cheese dressing
9 PP! And that’s a dinner fork/very large serving bowl. deeeelish!
