Oh Land is set to release her third full-length, Wish Bone, this fall on Dave Sitek’s (TV on the Radio) new record label, Federal Prism, and she just completely killed it with its first single. “Renaissance Girls” is a jolt to the senses via electronic pop, more specifically Girl Power pop. It’s a witty cool diatribe on all the ridiculous labels forever and always put upon women, and she delivers her feminist lecture in sleek, highly danceable Oh Land fashion.
