This is a suppose-to-be funny video made by Steven Spielberg starring Barack Obama as Daniel Day Lewis and Tracy Morgan as vice president Joe Biden. It was aired at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner among a whole lot of other funny moments.
Obama plays the part of himself, but hes pretending to be Daniel Day Lewis. I’m not sure if it’s funny or not. You decide.
