Oats, Cocoa & Cranberries Truffles | Effortless Natural Cooking 💚 +Video!

Hello there, I hope you are all well and safe. It's been a long while since my last post here but if you follow me on Instagram you already know that I post often in there and that I've also recently shared the news about my Youtube Channel in Spanish. And if you'd like to watch my video recipes in Spanish I leave you the link below.

Taking the step into creating another Youtube channel was a challenging decisio— since I've already owned a Youtube channel in English... but I really missed talking in my native language. And although I hesitated for a whilenot because I didn't want to but for all the time it takes cooking, styling, filming, and editing while having my little one starting school. It just wasn't enough time for me to make my wish come true! But after she started school I found myself having a bit extra time although time still a challenge  I decided to go back on making videos but this time not only in English but in Spanish too. There I'm still in the process of learning how to film and edit videos so I hope you excuse any hiccups along the way and if you have any advice I would love to hear it too.

I wanted to make a video recipe about these "Oats, Cocoa & Cranberries Truffles Recipe" we do make these truffles at home all the time and I thought it would be a good idea to show you my process on how I make them and store them — and how uncomplicated and delicious can be "implementing" "natural ingredients" in our everyday cooking routine. I just love how effortless but also rich in flavor these sweet healthy treats are!

Here I'm using Oats, 100% Dark Cocoa powder but you can substitute for Cacao powder. Also, I'm using dried cranberries but if you're unable to get Cranberries you can use Raisins or Sultanas instead.

There are lots of combinations you can make using some basic ingredients! We have made lots of different flavor combinations but this one is by far our favorite...the fusion between cocoa and cranberries is just too delicious.đŸ˜Š

And so I leave you with this indulgent, natural recipe using some amazing, humble ingredients such as "Oats" to create these delicious truffles that are great for lunchboxes and as energy bites with lots of fiber, protein, and the right amount of sweetness! Oh, and the video of course! đŸŽĽ And if make this recipe or want to say hi! You can always find me on Instagram I post there often and I leave you the link belowđŸ‘‡

Big hugs, đŸ’—

Aldy.
