Dramatic eye makeup for today, a Galactic Oddity. I brought together a simple palette with one bright star Sugarpills Velocity accented with 'neutral' hues of black, gray, silver and white.
I'm really pleased with the outcome, its been too long since I did some dramatic eye makeup. You can never go wrong with a two-toned Ombre eyebrow and coverage from lashes to brow. Blue eye makeup gives a great contrast with brown eyes, especially if the skintone have a yellow base.
