Nutella-Peanut Butter Cookies
When I see Nutella in a recipe, I’m definitely reading further. As I have stated before, I’m a Nutella lover! It’s like water, toilet tissue, paper towels in my house, when I see that we are low on it, I’m adding it to the grocery list.

So when I came across this recipe I knew I had to give it a try. Also these cookies are only 95 Calories!
The final icing on the cake for these cookies was, my girls are crazy about them! YAY!! So they have been added to my list of favorites! J
Nutella-Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar
¾ cup Nutella
¼ cup Peanut Butter
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt together until combined and set aside.
In a large bowl beat with an electric mixer, the sugar, Nutella, Peanut Butter, and butter together until all combined and creamy. Beat in the egg until combined. Slowly beat in the flour mixture, until well combined.
Place the ¼ cup of sugar in a small bowl; roll 1 tablespoon of the cookie dough into a ball and roll in the sugar to coat. Place on cookie sheet and slightly flatten the cookie ball. Let the cookie sheet sit in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes; allow cooling on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack to cool completely.
