The popular magazine-style blog reading app, Flipboard has rolled-out its’ web version, allowing users to manage their magazines on their computers. Flipboard magazine app was launched earlier this year in March for iOS devices, and then it came all the way over to Android in May. Right now, it’s filled with thousands of user-created magazines.
Things will be much easier now as all the Flipboarders can easily view the best of the magazines and also create or edit their own magazines on the web, thanks to Flipboard editor. You can also curate your magazines online via the Flipboard button, which can be added into your web browser’s bookmarks. Even though, you can’t read all the magazines online , you can still view the best of best at Flipboard Community page.
With Flipboard on the web, those busy magazine makers now have a better way of updating their mags with fresh content. And, this could also be used as a great RSS reader replacement too. However, according to Cnet, the only downside is that “there is no way to access” the subscription section of the Flipboard on the web.
