This nail polish from Essie is somewhere in between the two. It's called "Blossom Dandy" and is a mint green color.
The reason I say that its not quite a pastel color is because it's slightly darker than pastel, it looks more sophisticated than a pastel shade (if that even makes any sense!),I think this shade goes with pretty much anything black, white or Grey which are my three year round 'go-to' outfit colours.
I really love the Essie polishes. They have a really good pigmentation and apply evenly on the nails. I always go for two coats of this but you could get away with one I reckon.
In terms of lasting power, I'd say three-four days is doing pretty darn well. I use a Sally Hansen top coat which seems to really help the polish stay put for a bit longer.
