Nokia launches the cheapest Lumia as well as the cheapest Windows Phone, Lumia 510. The Lumia 510 is somewhere in the range of the Nokia’s own Asha series. The major difference in the Asha range and Lumia 510 being its size and operating system.
The Lumia 510 has a 4-inch ( 480×800 ) screen with a back 5-megapixel camera. At this price, Nokia could fit in a 256MB RAM and a Qualcomm 800Mhz processor, which would be the lowest speed processor any Windows Phone ever had..
With Lumia 510, you get 7GB of free Sky drive storage as a bonus to back-up all your content. And it comes in 5 different colors, viz. Yellow, Red, White, Cyan ( Blue ) and Black.
Quick look at the specs :

Just like any other Nokia Lumia device this too is packed with Bing Maps, Nokia Drive and Nokia Maps. And has all the Windows Phone OS features. The device lacks a front-camera and does not have a microSD car slot for additional storage. There has been no specific update or announcement whether any feature of the OS be cut off due to a lousy processor. The device comes with Windows Phone 7.5 ( Mango ) and there is no news if it would be upgradable to Windows Phone 7.8 or not.
