Wow!!!
This Summer I have experienced all sorts.. I learnt how hard it is to split your money over three different places (yes you read that correctly): I moved out of my last house a month early but still payed for that month, moved into a fabulous apartment in the heart of Manchester, so that’s two lots of rent in one month.. but then to make matters worse, I had to pay a third serving of rent as I lived in Glasgow for a month while I was on an internship up there!!
Timorous Beasties, Glasgow
What a cool little city! I spent a month in Glasgow as I was interning at Timorous Beasties. Timorous Beasties is a rather small business but are recognized around the world for their luxurious hand printed/digitally printed papers and fabrics. I have been a huge fan of Timorous Beasties for years now as I love their style, it’s quirky, surreal and tongue in cheek.
Here I assisted the designers Paul & Alistair and the rest of the team with all sorts of jobs ranging from design process to helping screen print.

I helped in the final stages of getting this ready to be screen printed for the first time which was quite exciting, especially as it is a city that I love myself.
