Nivea Lip Butters

By Sparklingker @sparklingker

Look what landed on my desk? Nivea Lip Butters!!! I was sent both the unscented and caramel cream for trial. These lip butters are fantastic, sooo moisturising and the packaging is just adorable. The product is not too heavy so it’s great for the hot weather (Melbourne I’m looking at you). I still can’t believe it’s autumn and the heat won’t go away.

NIVEA Lip Butters are formulated with NIVEA’s own Hydra IQ deep moisture technology. Hydra IQ naturally hydrates skin from within as well as on the surface, meaning NIVEA Lip Butters work harder to restore and maintain soft and healthy lips. In addition, shea butter, which is rich in vitamins, protects the sensitive skin of the lips against the elements. The addition of mild almond oil with vitamin E help to condition and calm even very dry skin for unique and long-lasting softness.

What I like about the Nivea Lip Butters:

  • I like to use this under my lippies
  • Creamy but not greasey, sticky or tacky
  • Smells heavenly and moisturising
  • Lips feel softer and soothed
  • Caramel cream smells amazing, makes me want to scoop it up and eat it
  • Amazing price!!

There are 3 flavours available in Australia: Unscented, Vanilla & Macadamia and Caramel Cream. I believe there is an extra flavor called Raspberry Rosé Kiss available overseas. The only bad thing I can say about this product is the packaging. Some might say it is unsanitary, but then again the product wouldn’t be the same in a tube. I’m probably going to get a lip brush to use with my lip butter, that way I don’t have to wash my hands every time I use it. The price of the Nivea Lip Butters are $5.19, pretty amazing hey?? These will be available mid March at supermarkets and selected pharmacies.

Will you be trying the new Nivea Lip Butters?

I was sent both the Nivea Lip Butters for trial, this has not influenced my opinion.
