From Steamworks Brewing in Burnaby BC comes their latest release"Nitro Mango Milkshake IPA". The beer poured a off white cascading nitro pour that settled into a deep cloudy orange colour. The aroma consisted of mango, tropical fruits with very floral hops and some sweetness. The flavour is of mango, tropical fruits, grapefruit peel, lactose sweetness, resin and mild bitterness. This was basically as creamy as any nitro stout you have ever had. The alcohol content comes in at 6.7% with an IBU of 45. While this was a weekly one off and they only made two kegs and it may be gone it needed to be shared just how creative and tasty this beer was! I hope they decide to make more of this beer soon.
