Ninjutsu Pale Ale – Hearthstone Brewery

From Hearthstone Brewery in North Vancouver comes their "Ninjutsu Pale Ale". The beer pours a deep Golden colour with an off white head. The aroma consists of floral hops, citrus, mild fruits, biscuit and grassy hops. The flavour is of lemon, caramel, biscuit, grassy hops, earth and Mild resin. The alcohol content comes in at 3.8% with an IBU of 30 IBU. I hear they dry hopped this beer again after I tried it but it was a good session ale already.

Commercial Description: Easy drinking, light bodied. Mild hop bitterness with pleasant notes of marmalade and apricots.
