It’s another light week on releases, but there are still some that we can’t wait to get rolling. California pop group So Many Wizards finally released their debut after so many great EPs, Niki and The Dove finally made it across the pond with the physical release of Instinct, and New Zealand’s Opossom have unleashed an absolutely amazing debut LP in Electric Hawaii.

What started as a bedroom project by Nima Kazerouni has become much more, with new members, a larger sound and finally, a debut album. If So Many Wizards’ (@somanywizards) sun-drenched EPs are anything to go by, this debut will be perfect for the dying days of summer.
The Fox – Niki & The Dove // Buy
The newest record by the experimental pop stars Niki & The Dove (@nikiandthedove) has been making waves across the pond for months and digitally here since June. Now, we finally have a chance to grab the official US release, which features two additional songs “The Beach” and “All This Youth”. With vocals that have been compared to Kate Bush and a sound and style similar to Lykke Li, this mix of new wave, electro and pop should be blowing up speakers for some time to come.
Opossom (@____opossom____), led by Kody Nielson, are about to start getting the attention they deserve with the release of their debut, Electric Hawaii. The 10 song LP is instantly lovable and nonstop amazing. Enjoy!
