Guess what?!? There's a possibility I'm going to reach my New Year's Resolution goal by the end of March all thanks to Nutrisystem. Want to know why?I'm now down 20 lbs!! I've reached this awesome milestone this week!!
I was 206 lbs two days ago, but I wanted to wait until my official weigh-in today to get the real results. I only have 10 more to go before I reach my goal of 30 lbs by the end of March!
Wooooohooooo!

If you recall from last week, I didn't stick to the Nutrisystem program just one day, and that week I gained weight instead of losing it. This week, I stuck to the program every day and got in some exercise, which I think really helped. So what's different now that I'm down 20 lbs? For starters, I feel awesome. I have more energy and I have noticed that I do not tire out as easily when I exercise.
My clothes don't fit. My size 16-18 jeans are too big and loose. My shirts are fitting me differently (did I mention I lost a ton in the bosom area??). I'm dying to go out and buy new clothes, but I'm going to wait until a). I lose more and b). I win the lottery.
Alright, I admit, I did buy one new pair of jeans. I love the
Levi's Women's 512 Perfectly Slimming Jeans (very forgiving material), so I found a pair of them in skinny leg at Kohls on clearance. I thought they were a size 16 (didn't want to get ahead of myself), but when I got home I realized they were a size 14! I haven't been that size since my wedding 8 years ago!
I do have to rig the button for now when I sit down (darn post-pregnancy belly, lol), but in a few weeks I'm sure they will fit perfectly. Tell Me: Did you make any New Year's Resolutions? Or, did you make any goals for yourself? This week I lost 4 lbs, for a total of 20 lbs lost so far!
