My Take on the Product

To begin with, I really suck at applying eyeliners, as my eyes are small and my eyelids are really delicate. After reading a few fellow blogs I came to a conclusion that it is best to start with a gel liner, nothing can be better than buying the New Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel liner. The Maybelline Gel EyeLiner is one of the best and affordable eyeliners available in beauty stores. The Gel eyeliner comes in a black packing, inside the the packing there is small jar with the gel eyeliner an a precision application brush. The brush is really too good and is really helpful for people like me who keep smudging eyeliners all the time.

The gel eyeliner comes in a small jar, which has a black cap. Initially I had feeling that the quantity is too small, but the gel liner is really pigmented, smooth and buttery and also a little amount goes a long way.The precision brush available with the gel liner is just superb and worth it.

The application brush helps glides the eyeliner smoothly on the eyelids and helps getting the desired shape.

The gel is pitch black colour in colour, has a matte finish, is buttery and smooth in application.

The gel does not smudge and is water proof, even if you keep splashing water on and off on your face the eyeliner is intact, neither does it spread nor wear off. You will need a make up remover to remove the gel eyeliner. The product claims that it can stay on for 36 hrs, which i really cannot answer but the gel liner can goes a long way with out smudging and wearing off for at least 7hrs. What would one want more in a gel liner, this one is just an all in one and must have in your vanity especially if your a beginner when it comes to eye make up. This eyeliner is really meant for those with with delicate eyelids and specially useful for those with small eyes as you can apply with ease, unlike a liquid eyeliner or a pen eyeliner.
