It didn’t take me long to figure out why this new poster look so familiar. Of course, it’s a total rip-off of the original poster for Star Wars: A New Hope. Do you see the resemblance?
This poster comes with a hint to the entire Star Wars fan-base. A lot of folks thinks that Guardians of the Galaxy will be like the Star Wars sequel we’ve always wanted. Even Chris Pratt thinks that this film is better than Star Wars. Well, I don’t know about that, but obviously they seem to be taking some ideas from Star Wars to promote the film.

We’ll see how it goes when Guardians of the Galaxy hits theaters on August 1.
