New Fall Purchases

If someone had told me that I would get this excited to purchase a pair of Uggs, and also intend on wearing them out of the house, I would have patted them on the head, checked their temperature and then put them to bed. But alas...never say never, because this happened.

Like the very same Ugg boots we have all come to know and loathe love, these ankle boots have fleece lining. It's the most amazing sensation: to walk with a heel, but to have your foot swaddled in complete comfort. My brain gets mixed signals whenever I wear them (in a good way).
On Monday I tweeted that I was on the hunt for two things: boots for fall, and a new lip color for the season. I'd say I was pretty successful! My new lip color is by Rimmel, the Kate collection in "04". It's a kind of mulberry purple, and I am completely in love.
Head to toe this has to be one of the most comfortable outfits I can imagine. The sheer back panel of this shirt lends a sexy, playful edge to the whole outfit while the loose fit of the jeans keeps things perfectly casual. Every piece has that loose, slouchy, figure skimming quality that I am beginning to love.
Oh and guess what? It's my birthday tomorrow!
