New Band on the Block is Radio on [stream]

Radio On – Don’t Wait SoundCloud

London-based band, Radio On, are so new that they only have two Facebook friends, but don’t go thinking that has anything to do with the quality of their music. Their single, “Don’t Wait,” is an MGMT inspired track with a poppy, upbeat feel and luscious, sing-along lyrics, similar to that of early Gypsy and The Cat. The descending synths in the chorus are addictive and relaxing, while the vocals bounce and echo gently over the energetic mix. My bet is that these guys will be on the radio waves in the not too distant future. Keep an eye and ear out.
