New ASUS PadFone Infinity Sports Powerful 2.2 GHz Quad-Core CPU

ASUS has unveiled the latest refreshment of its’ smartphone/tablet hybrid, PadFone series. New ASUS PadFone Infinity not only features a stunning look but also packs mind-blowing specifications including a whopping 2.2. Ghz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

In addition, the new hybrid device features 2GB of RAM, 5-inch display with 1,920 x 1,080 resolution, 2,400mAh and also has an improved 13 megapixel rear camera, which said to bring sharper and clearer photos thanks to its’ upgraded app PixelMaster, according to Engadget. The internal storage has been lowered from 64GB to 16GB and 32GB  models and both of them gets powered by Android 4.2.2. As you may know, all of this gets packed inside the smartphone, which powers up the hollow display to turn-it into a tablet. New PadFone will now head out in Titanium Black and Platinum White color options, as pointed out by Android Community.

New ASUS PadFone Infinity has been released in Taiwan for NT$18,990 (about $640 USD), yet no word on worldwide release .
