Neon Necklace

Neon necklace from forever, that I sadly cannot find online. But I am confident that it is in stores.  So is the great faux leather mini skirt I wore with this outfit. ( Also no where to be found, damn internet). Really loving this DIY and many others out there...and may just start a little neon necklace collection!
