Pacific Beer Chat From Upstreet Craft Brewing in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island comes their "Neon Friday DDH Oat IPA". Neon Friday is a line of on-offs that are big on hops and push flavour and aroma to the limit according to the brewery. The beer pours a murky deep orange colour with a white head. The aroma consists of mango, pineapple with very juicy fruity notes and a sweet finish. The flavour is of mango, pineapple, melon, citrus rind, mild herbal hops and low bitterness levels. The alcohol content comes in at 6.5% with an IBU of 50. This was a really nice brew and a good first try of Upstreet Craft Brewing's beer. Thanks to 902 BrewCast for sending me this beer!
