My views about Nelf Usa Face & Body Illuminator This comes in a transparent plastic jar with a black lid in matte finish.  The illuminator comes in a powder form and that’s a best part- especially for oily beauties like me.  When used as a compact powder in very quantity adds a very healthy glow on the face. It’s too light and non-sticky that adds a dewy glow to my dull face and body.  Avoid using this in large amount to not end up looking like a glitter ball. Only thing I disliked about the product that the Shades have no name, but numbers that makes it difficult to find and remember.
