Personally, I like the deal. I like J Hay at 2B. Niese is a quality arm. Pretty even deal for both teams financially too.
Always a NW fan. Hate to see him go. Haven't seen much talk about it, but I wonder if Alen Hanson, (as well as Neil's age and salary), was factored into this.
Needed a quality starter, so problem a good trade for both teams.
